Enrollment Questions
Tuition Rates for all programs can be found on our website under the Admissions tab. This will list all tuition rates for programs, as well as Early Care, Aftercare, and Drop In Care rates.
We offer a 5% Military Discount, 5% Sibling Discount, and Employee Discount. We also accept Child Care Aware for those eligible.
Due to being a largely military-based community, our waitlist is always changing. When families PCS or move away, there is a lot of movement happening on the waitlist. Also, because we offer many options in our programs (full day vs. part day, full week vs. part week) there are many opportunities to get into the classroom.
Yes! We accept students at any time throughout the school year, given there is a spot available in the desired program.
Once you have filled out the application and a spot has been offered, there will be 2 offer forms to fill out (the Annual Form outlining our Policies & Student Handbook, and the Welcome form asking for allergies and permissions). Within 30 days of attending, you will submit your child's shot records (or statement of religious exemption) and their Physical.
Our Inde Explorers is a 3.5-6 year old program. Children are invited to explore, create and discover within their natural surroundings. It is based in a Clubhouse out in the woods- “off the grid”… Meaning no electricity or water. Children utilize a well maintained and cleaned porta-toilet and hand washing station! This allows us to truly embrace the great outdoors and learn to thrive without every modern amenity. For more information about our Inde Explorers, please click on "The Inde Nature School" located under the Programs Tab.
General Questions
Tuition bills are sent via email from Quickbooks, due on the first of each month. Families have the option to pay via ACH Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card payment, or Check.
We have in person drop off and pickup so that our families are able to meet with the teachers to discuss the child's day! During the school day, we use the app Class Dojo for parents and teachers to be able to communicate quickly throughout the school day. In addition, each classroom has a classroom email where they will send out monthly newsletter to keep parents updated about the classroom!
The front door of the school building is locked 24/7. We have an app that parents use on their phone in order to unlock the door to enter the building (during specified pickup and drop off hours). There are security cameras along the exterior of the building and throughout the property.
